How Do I Set Up Trainers to Receive Commissions Automatically?

Here’s how to set up trainers to receive commissions automatically, starting from the “Account” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:

1. Click on the “Trainers” tab on the left sidebar.

Select the Trainers tab to manage their permissions.

2. Click the gear icon next to the trainer you want to manage.

You will be redirected to the trainer’s Profile tab, where you can then select the Permissions tab.

3. Click on the “Permissions” tab.

Access the Permissions settings to enable automatic commission payments for the trainer.

Step 4: Select “Can manage their own” from the “Connected Apps” drop-down list.

After selecting “Can manage their own” from the Connected Apps drop-down list, scroll to the bottom and click “Save Staff Member.”

Here’s how trainers connect to their stripe accounts, starting from the “Account” tab of their Dashboard.

Step 1: Click on the “Connected Apps” tab.

Go to Connected Apps to link Stripe accounts.

Step 2: Scroll down to the Stripe section and click on the “connect Stripe” link.

If the trainer has not set up a Stripe account, they will be prompted to create one.

If the trainer already has a Stripe account, they will have the ability to connect it to their Exercise.com account
