How to Unsubscribe from a Group Subscription (App)

With Exercise.com Memberships, you can easily manage and cancel group subscriptions from the app. Note: Unfollowing a workout plan is not the same as unsubscribing from a paid group.

If you have multiple group subscriptions, we recommend using the Billing Information page on the web app to manage your subscription preferences.

1. Access the Menu

From the Home Dashboard in the Exercise.com app, tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner of the screen.

2. Select “My Groups”

In the navigation menu, tap “My Groups” to view all the groups you’re currently subscribed to.

3. Select a Group

Tap the group you want to leave to open its page.

4. Cancel the Group

Scroll to the bottom of the group page and tap the cancellation link. Confirm to unsubscribe — you’ll lose access to all group content after cancellation.
