In your Exercise.com for Business workout platform, you can easily update your body weight using the web and mobile app so your progress tracking stays accurate. This guide will walk you through each step to keep your measurements up to date.
Click the “Log This Workout” button to begin recording your exercise session.
After logging your workout details, scroll to the bottom to find the “Update Body Weight” field. Enter your weight, then finish logging your workout.
Update your body weight under “My Measurements” by clicking the arrow menu next to the “My Stuff” tab, then select additional options.
Click “My Measurements” to view and manage your body measurement data.
Click the “New” button to log a new measurement entry.
Enter your weight in the Weight field to record your latest measurement. Click Save to confirm your entry.
To view your updated body weight, click “Edit Profile” under the “My Stuff” tab to access your personal information settings.
Your updated body weight will appear in the Basic Information section of your profile.
To update your body weight in the app, tap the sidebar menu.
Tap “Log Measurements” to view your current metrics.
Tap the “New” button to log a new measurement entry.
Enter your weight in the Weight field to record your latest measurement. Tap Save to confirm your entry.
To view your updated body weight, tap the sidebar menu.
Tap “Update Profile” to view your profile details.
Your updated body weight will appear in the Basic Information section.
