How do I upload a video directly to my group?

If you want to show your clients how to crush a workout, you can upload your own video directly to your group! 

1. Click “Groups”

2. Click “Edit Group”

3. Click “Videos”

4. Click “Add New Video”

5. Customize your video settings and upload or paste the link to an existing video.

6. Click the “Save” button to add the video to your group!

Now your group video is ready to go!
