1. Open Main Menu
Open the main menu.
2. Messages
Click “Messages” to view your message inbox and manage communications.
3. Compose Message
Click the compose icon.
4. Enter Recipient
Enter the client name into the search field.
5. Select Email Address
Select the contact from the list.
6. Compose Message
Enter your message in the provided field.
7. Open Media Options
Click the plus icon to access media-related features.
8. Select Media Upload
