How do I verify client bank accounts with Plaid?

Here’s how to verify your client’s bank account with Plaid, starting from the “Clients” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:

 

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Hover over the gear icon and select “Payment Details” from the fly out menu.

 

Step 2: Click on the “Update Bank Account” button.

 

Step 3: Click on the “Verify Instantly with Plaid” button.

 

Step 4: Click on the “Continue” button.

 

Step 5: Search for or select your client’s bank.

 

Step 6: Enter the Online ID and Password provided by your client.

Click on the “Submit” button to continue.

 

Step 7: Select the preferred account and click on the “Continue” button.

 

 

Now you can instantly verify your client’s bank account with Plaid!
