The Exercise.com – Verkada integration allows gym owners to provide secure, automated 24/7 facility access as part of the Exercise.com for Business platform.

With Verkada connected to your Exercise.com account, clients can unlock doors using the Verkada app or an access card, while all facility check-ins are automatically tracked in your platform.

This guide walks you through how to connect your Verkada account, starting from the Account tab of your Dashboard. If you do not already have a Verkada account, visit www.verkada.com to get started.

1. Click Connected Apps in the left sidebar.

In the Account tab, select Connected Apps to begin connecting Verkada.

2. Scroll down to the Verkada section and click Connect Verkada.

3. Enter your API key and Organization ID.

Enter your API key and Organization ID in the fields provided, then click Save.

4. Navigate to Packages.

Go to Packages and select a package to assign Verkada access.

5. Select a package.

Create or open the package you want to enable for Verkada access.

6. Assign Verkada access to the package.

In Advanced Settings, use the Select Verkada access levels for package dropdown to choose the access level you created.

7. Open the mobile app.

Once logged in, tap the hamburger menu and select the door you want to unlock.

8. Unlock the door.

When the Door Access view is open, select the door you want to unlock.

Only clients with active Verkada-enabled packages or locations will receive door access. Each entry is automatically recorded as a visit in your Exercise.com platform.
