How do I view a client’s exercise history while building a workout on their calendar?

With Exercise.com’s Workout Plan Creator, you can easily access a client’s previous exercise logs while building a new workout on their calendar. This helps trainers tailor each workout based on the client’s actual performance and progress.

1. Go to the Accounts Section

Click Accounts from the left-side menu to view and manage your client list.

2. Open the Client Options Menu

Click the three-dot icon next to the client whose exercise history you want to view.

3. Click “View Calendar”

Select View Calendar to open the client’s workout calendar and manage their training schedule.

4. Select a Workout in the Client’s Calendar

Click on a workout area in the client’s calendar to open it for editing or review.

5. Click the Clock Icon

Click the Clock icon to open the client’s previous logged exercises for that workout.

6. View the Exercise History

You can now see what the client logged during their last session for each exercise. This view helps you understand their past performance and make data-driven adjustments while planning their next workout.
