From time to time, you may need to look into your client’s payment details. When this need arises, simply follow the steps below to quickly and conveniently access your client’s information.
Here’s how to view your client’s Payment Details, starting from the “Account” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below.
Step 1: Hover your mouse over the gear icon of the client you want to view, and click the “Payment Details” option in the pop-up menu.
Step 2: Review and update your client’s payment information as needed.
You can update their subscription, make changes to their credit card or account on file, and refund any recent payments.
