How to View Exercise History in the App
Exercise.com’s custom-branded apps allow your clients to log workouts and track their progress! It’s easy to check what you’ve done recently for an exercise in between sets.
This guide demonstrates how to review your past workout history for a given exercise while your workout is in progress.

1. Tap the exercise you want to see your history for.
Once you’ve started your workout, tap on the exercise you want to see your history for.
2. Tap the history icon at the bottom of the page.
On the Log Exercise view, tap the history icon at the bottom of the page.
3. Scroll down to see your full history for this exercise.
Scroll down to see your full history for this exercise. You’ll see everything you’ve recorded for this exercise in your previous workouts. So you can be confident in choosing the correct weight for this workout.
