With the Exercise.com Workout Logger, you can easily review your past exercises and track progress directly from the web workout logger. This guide will show you how to view your exercise history from your Dashboard.
From your Dashboard, click the “Log Workout” button to start accessing your workout records.
Click “Log This Workout” to open the workout logging menu and view your exercise sessions.
Select your workout from the list to view details or log your latest results.
Click the workout you’d like to review to preview detailed exercise entries and performance data.
Click “Select Workout” to confirm your choice and load the workout history.
Click the workout title to open the detailed view and explore each exercise set, rep, and performance history.
You can now review your full exercise history, including previous performance and logged progress, directly in the web workout logger.
