We all know it’s true: Tracking your fitness progress can be fun, especially when there are fancy charts and percentages involved. Through the “My Nutrition” tab in your dashboard, you can find a breakdown of your daily nutrition information. Just follow the steps below to get started!
Step 1: Click on the “My Nutrition” tab.
Begin in the “My Stuff” tab of your dashboard. Then, from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, select the tab labeled “My Nutrition.”
Step 2: Use the arrows.
In the “My Nutrition” tab, scroll down until you find the “MyFitnessPal Nutrition Information” section. On the left and rights sides of the diary date, click the arrows to move to a past date or to a future date.
