How do I view past workouts in the App?

From the Dashboard of the app, you can view workouts logged within the past week simply by choosing a day from the calendar.

To view your full workout history, tap either the calendar icon or the list icon on your Dashboard. 

In the calendar view, tap the individual days to review your workout history.

In the list view, scroll through the list of past workout days to review your history.
