With the Exercise.com workout logger, you can review your workout details, track your progress, and log completed sessions from the Journal tab. This guide shows you how to view workout details and log workouts using the Journal feature.
Click the Journal tab to access your workout history and view your saved sessions.
Click “Show workout details” to view more information about a specific workout.
From the workout details screen, you can watch exercise videos, view instructions, and tap each exercise to see your personal history.
Click “Log this Workout” to record your completed workout in the Journal.
Click “Show notes” to view any comments or notes related to the workout.
Click “Hide notes” to close the notes section and keep the view organized.
Click “Print workout” to download or print a copy of your workout details.
