With the Exercise.com Workout Logger, you can easily review your workout stats after logging a session. This guide will show you how.
Tap the scheduled workout to begin logging it.
Tap the Log button in the top right corner of the app to log the workout.
Tap “View Workout Summary” to view the workout summary.
In the Workout Summary, you can view detailed stats for each exercise completed during your workout.
