Once you’ve logged a workout , you will be returned to your Dashboard, where you can see a brief overview of your workout totals for weight lifted, miles run, calories burned, and points earned.
Tap the Workout on the Dashboard to See Your Stats!
To view a detailed record of your workout stats, locate the workout on your Dashboard page (if needed, use the calendar to navigate to another day).
Once you select the workout, a detailed summary will appear. Within the “Workout Summary,” you can view the stats of each exercise that you completed during the workout.
