Within our Workout Software, you have the ability to customize and generate a report listing all active clients and the total number of visits. Follow the instructions below.

This guide will walk you through how to generate the “Visit Totals Per Client” report.

1. Account

Navigate to the “Account” section.

Access the “Reports” tab in the expanded menu.

3. Visit Totals Per Client

Select the “Visit Totals Per Client” report.

4. Date Range

Click on the date range.

5. Select Date Range

Select a predetermined date range or customize using the calendar.

6. Date Filter

Select between “Date Filters by Time Booked” and “Date Filters by Session Time” from the drop down.

7. Filters

You can filter visits by location, service, staff member, specific client and visit status. The option to include or exclude zero visits is also available.

8. Refresh Report

Refresh the report and view updated data.

9. Export Option

To export the report, click on the export icon.

10. Import to Google Sheets

To import to Google sheets, click on the import icon to copy the function.

Click on the gear icon for report customization.

Enable or disable fields.
