Which exercise type should I use when I create a new exercise?

Here’s how to add exercise types for your exercises.
1. Click “Exercises”.
Click on “Exercises”.

2. Click “Add New Exercise”.
Click the “Add New Exercise” button or edit an exercise.

3. Click the “Exercise Types” field.
Click the “Exercise Types” field.

4. Select the exercise type/s.
Consider the exercise that you are creating, and then choose the appropriate exercise type from the list.

Now, you can choose the exercise type when creating a new exercise!
