This guide will walk you through the YouTube in Apps 2.0 Overview.

1. Access Video Settings.

YouTube links are now supported for exercise videos. Access the Video Settings then select “Embed YouTube/Vimeo URL” from the Video Type dropdown and paste the YouTube link into the YouTube/Vimeo URL field.

2. Select workout.

On the app, select a workout with linked YouTube exercises.

3. Select an exercise with linked YouTube URL.

Select an exercise with linked YouTube URL.

4. YouTube videos are now supported.

After selecting a specific exercise with linked YouTube URL, you can view it and use standard controls such as play, pause, mute, unmute, expand, skip forward or backward, and access other YouTube video settings.

5. Play and Pause YouTube video.

You can use play and pause feature in the YouTube video.

6. Mute and Unmute YouTube video.

You can also use mute and unmute feature in the YouTube video.

7. Skip forward or backward YouTube video.

Skip forward or backward feature can also be used.

8. Expand YouTube video.

You can also use the Expand feature.

9. Other YouTube video settings.

Other YouTube video settings is also available upon viewing the video.
