Ability to Require Location on Dependent Accounts

To require location on dependent accounts on your fitness business management software platform, follow the instructions below.
This guide walks you through the process of requiring location on dependent accounts
1. Account
Navigate to the Account section.
2. Customize Platform
Access the Customize Platform section from the expanded menu.
3. Platform Settings
Go to the Platform Settings tab.
4. New Client Required Profile Fields
Under New Client Required Profile Fields, enter Location as a required field.
5. Save
Click Save to apply the changes made.
6. Clients
Navigate to the Clients section.
7. Select Client
Select a client account
8. My Dependents
Go to My Dependents section.
9. Create New Dependent
Click on Create New Dependent.
10. Check Required Fields
Check that Location is a required field and enter the dependent details. Save the dependent.
11. Link Existing Client
You can also connect an existing client as a dependent
12. Select Client
Add the existing account and create a dependent.
13. Validate Saved Dependent
View the newly linked dependent.
14. Edit Relationship
Click on Edit Relationship.
15. Check Required Location
Notice that Location is a required field. Select a location from the drop down and save the dependent.
