Choose the specific client whose card you want to add.
Open “Payment Details” to view the client’s current payment information.
Select “Payment Methods” to see all saved options for the client.
Start the process of adding a new credit card.
Select “Manual Entry” to type in the card details instead of swiping.
Complete the required fields (card number, expiration, CVC, billing info) and click “Submit.”
Verify the new card appears in the list. Set it as the default if needed.
Click “Add Payment Method” again to add an additional card or payment option.
Select “Swipe Card” to capture card info using a compatible card reader.
Click “Simulated Reader” to test the swipe flow if you’re using a demo environment.
Confirm the swiped card appears in Payment Methods.
You’ve added a client credit card to their account. Now you can process payments faster, reduce failed charges, and keep memberships and packages running smoothly.
