Adding tags makes it easy to categorize your exercises, allowing you to quickly find them when creating a workout plan.
This guide will walk you through the process of adding tags to organize exercises.
Click the “Exercises” tab.
Select multiple exercises by checking the boxes next to each one
Click the three-dot menu to open the modal.
Click the “Edit Tags” button.
Select your preferred tags.
Click the “Save Changes” button to save the newly added tag.
Click the three-dot menu to open the modal.
Click the “Create New Exercise” button to add a new one, or click the “Edit Exercise” to edit an existing exercise.
Use the Tags field to add / edit tags for this exercise.
Scroll down and select the “Save” option.
