Adding tags makes it easy to categorize your exercises, allowing you to quickly find them when creating a workout plan.

How to Update Tags for Multiple Exercises at Once
Step 1: Select the exercises you want to add tags to on the “Exercises” tab of your Dashboard, then click the “Tags” link.
Step 2: You can assign existing tags or create new ones on the “Update Tags” view.
Any tags with a check mark will be added to ALL selected exercises.
A dash indicates that some but not all of the exercises already contain that tag.
Step 3: Click the “Update Tags” button to save your changes.
How to Update Tags for a Single Exercise
Step 1: On the “Exercises” tab of your dashboard, click the “+ Create New Exercise” button to add a new one, or click the pencil icon to edit an existing exercise.
Step 2: Use the Tags field to add / edit tags for this exercise.
Step 3: Click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes.
