How do I add a welcome message when inviting a client?

This guide will walk you through how to add a welcome message when inviting a client on your Exercise.com for Business account. To learn more about managing your clients, see Member Management.

1. Click the Arrow Menu.

Click the arrow menu next to the Account tab.

Open the Arrow menu next to the Account tab.

2. Click “Customize Platform.”

Click “Customize Platform” to modify your platform settings.

Select the Customize Platform option.

3. Click the “Clients” tab.

Click the “Clients” tab to manage client-related settings and options.

Open the Clients tab in Customize Platform.

4. Add a New User Welcome Message.

Scroll down and add your message in the “New User Welcome Message” field. You can preview the message by clicking “Preview.”

Note: This message will be automatically sent when a client is invited.

Enter text in the New User Welcome Message field and use Preview.

5. Save Changes.

After adding and previewing the message, scroll down and click the “Save” button to apply your changes.

Click the Save button to apply your changes.

6. Navigate to the Account Tab.

Click “Account” to manage account-related configurations.

Open the Account tab to manage configurations.

7. Click “Add New Client.”

Click “Add New Client” to start the process of inviting a new client.

Click Add New Client to invite a new client.
