How do I add a welcome message when inviting a client?

When connecting with clients, personal touches make all the difference. That’s why we’ve included the option for writing a welcome message to new clients. When your clients feel welcome and appreciated, you’re on your way to a positive, lasting relationship. Follow the steps below to get started:

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Add a new client.

From the “Clients” tab of your Dashboard, click on the “Add New Client” button in the upper right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Write a welcome message.

After clicking the “Add New Client” button, a pop-up window asking for the client’s information will appear. Fill in the appropriate sections. Then, write a welcome message before clicking “Invite Client.” Remember that the message has a limited number of characters, so plan your words accordingly.

Step 3: Send the message.

When you have finished entering the client’s information and writing a welcome message, click the “Invite Client” button at the bottom of the screen. The message will be automatically emailed to the new client.
