Ability to Adjust Account Balance By Purchasing/Charging For a Product

Here’s how to adjust account balance by purchasing/charging for a product, starting from the “Account” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:

1. Click “Account”

Click on the Account tab.

2. Click “Products”

Scroll down and click on the “Products” tab.

3. Click “+ Create New Product”

Click on the “+ Create New Product” button.

4. Fill in the “Details” tab of the new product

Enter name, price and other applicable fields on the details tab.

5. Click “Settings”

Click on the Settings tab.

6. Click “Select Product Type”

On the “Settings” tab select “Account Balance Credit” from the “Product Type” drop-down list.

7. Click Save Product

Click on the Save Product button to save the Product.
