Here’s how to adjust the number of payments a client has made on a subscription that is limited to a specific number of payments, starting from the “Clients” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Hover over the gear icon and select “Payment Details” from the fly out menu.

Step 2: Under Subscriptions, click the edit icon next to the subscription you would like to edit.

Step 3: Edit the number of payments made.

Payments Remaining, Estimated last payment and Estimated End of Subscription Period will update based on the number you enter for Payments made.

Save Payments.

Now you can adjust the number of payments a client has made on a subscription that is limited to a specific number of payments!
