Here’s how to opt in to allowing clients to add coupons to their ongoing subscriptions.

1. Click “Account”.

2. Click “Customize Platform”.

3. Allow Coupons for Existing Subscriptions.

Under Billing, check the “Allow Coupons for Existing Subscriptions” box.

4. Save changes.

Scroll down and save the changes.

Now you can opt in to allowing clients to add coupons to their ongoing subscriptions!
