How to Allow Only One Free Package Purchase Per Client

In the platform, you can create free packages with the stipulation that a client can only receive the free package once.

1. Click “Schedule”.

2. Click “Packages”.

Click the “Packages” tab.

3. Create or edit a package.

Create or edit a package.

4. Enter zero on “One Time Price” box.

Scroll down to the “One Time Price” box and enter zero as the value.

5. Limit purchasing to one per account.

Under Advanced Settings, tick the “Limit purchasing to one per account” checkbox.

6. Click “Save Package”.

Save the package.

Now, you can create a free package and allow only one purchase per client!
