Within our Gym Management Software, you can assign staff members through client automation.
Starting from the “Account” tab on your Dashboard, follow the step-by-step instructions below to learn how to use this feature.
Go to Automations to set up your staff member automation.
Click the drop-down list under “Create New Automation” and select “Assign a Staff Member” automation.
Select “Assign a Staff Member” to proceed with the Automation setup.
To customize the automation, click the edit icons.
In the ‘When?’ section, customize the number of minutes, hours, days, weeks, or months, and select an action to trigger the staff member automation.
Select “purchased specific” action as the trigger.
Select “purchased specific” action as the trigger.
For “purchased specific,” additional options will be available to select the group, plan, package, or product as well as payment plan.
Select “started this plan” action as the trigger.
Select “booked this session” action as the trigger.
Select “tag added” or “tag removed” as the trigger.
Select “joined this group” action as the trigger.
In the ‘What?’ section, select the staff you want to assign.
Now, you can assign staff members through client automation!
