How do I assign all visits for a package subscription up front?

With Exercise.com’s Payments and Packages tools, you can set up flexible packages and control how visits are assigned. This guide explains how to enable the “Assign All Visits Up Front” setting, which makes all purchased visits available to the client immediately after purchase.

1. Go to Packages

From your Dashboard, navigate to the Packages section.

2. Create or Edit a Package

Select an existing package to edit or click to create a new one.

3. Enable Limit Booking

Enable Limit Booking, set the number of visits, and choose how often they can be booked (per day, week, month, or year).

4. Select a Payment Plan

Select a payment plan that cancels after a specific number of payments.

5. Enable “Assign All Visits Up Front”

Enable the Assign All Visits Up Front option and click Save to apply your settings.
