How to Assign Trainer to Packages

Here’s how to assign a trainer to a package.

1. Click “Schedule”

Navigate to the Schedule section.

2. Packages

Access the Packages tab from the expanded menu.

3. Create or Edit Package

Create a new package or edit an existing package.

4. Select Trainer

Under General Settings, select a trainer from the Select Staff Member drop-down list.

5. Save Package

Save the package. When adding a trainer to a package, the package can ONLY be used by visits with the specified trainer. So clients will ONLY be able to book sessions with this trainer using this package. If a client purchases this package, they will be auto-assigned to the specified trainer on the package.

Now you can assign a trainer to a package.
