How do I backdate a client’s subscription?

Here’s how to backdate a client’s subscription, starting from the “Clients” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:

 

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Hover over the gear icon next to the client and select “Packages” from the fly out menu.

 

Step 2: Click on the “Add Package” button.

 

Step 3: Select a package from the drop-down list.

 

Step 4: Click on the “+ Backdate” button to select a date.

 

Step 5: Click on the “Select Payment” button to continue.

 

Step 6: Select the payment method and click on the “Show Purchase Summary” button.

 

Step 7: Click on the “Confirm and Charge” button.

 

Now you can backdate a client’s subscription!
