This tutorial guides you through the process of charging or assigning a package to a client within the Exercise application.

1. Menu

Open the menu.

2. Accounts

Navigate to the Accounts section.

3. Select Client

Click on a client.

4. Visits Tab

Click on the “Visits” tab on the left side bar.

5. Visit Options

Click on the three-dot menu.

6. Charge or Assign Package

Select “Charge or Assign Package” from the list.

7. Search for Client

Search for the client.

8. Enter Client

Enter the client’s email address.

9. Select Client

Access the package selection area to choose the appropriate package for the client.

10. Add Package

Click on the plus icon to select the package.

11. Item in Bag

Click on the item in the bag.

12. Proceed to Checkout

Proceed to checkout.

13. Select Payment Method

Review the order details to ensure accuracy before charging.

14. Review Order

Click on “Review Order” to continue.

15. Charge Amount

Click on “Charge” to charge for the package.

16. Visits

Initiate another Charge or Assign Package action for a different client or visit.

17. Charge or Assign Package

Select “Charge or assign” from the list.

18. Filter Package List

You can filter the list of packages by category and location

19. Create Package

You can also create a new package.

20. Enter Package Details

Enter the package name and description. Select location, trainer, visits and services.

21. Create Package

Click the “Create” button.

22. Go to Item Bag

Click on the item in the bag.

23. Review

Review the details.

24. Customize

Click on “Customize” to continue.

25. Customize Package Details

Customize the package. Set the price, add activation or expiration dates.

26. Additional Settings

You can also set the primary and secondary commissionees.

27. Share Package

Select any accounts to share the package with.

28. Share With All Dependents

The option to enable “Share with all dependents” is also available.

29. Apply

Apply to save the settings.

30. Proceed to Checkout

Select the Charge or Assign Package option to initiate the package assignment process.

31. Review Order

Click on “Review Order”.

32. Charge

Charge for the package.

33. Client Packages

Click on the client’s packages tab.

34. Review the Package

The package should be displayed on her packages list.

35. Click here

Initiate another Charge or Assign Package action for a different client or package.
