Client Packages Tab Overview

This tutorial guides you through managing client packages within the Exercise platform.

1. Main Menu

Click the main menu to access available options.

2. Select Accounts Tab

Click the Accounts tab.

3. Choose Specific Client

Select a specific client to open their account details.

4. Access Packages Section

Click the Packages tab to view the client’s package information.

5. Package List

View list of packages. Scroll down to go to the next page.

6. Set Items Per Page

Click to customize the number of items to display per page.

7. Enter Package Keyword

Enter a keyword in the search field to filter packages by name or description.

8. Clear Filter

Click the “X” button to clear the current search criteria.

9. Filters

The packages list can be filtered by Location, Trainer, Service and Number of Visits.

10. Open Filters Menu

You can access all the filters by clicking on the filters menu.

11. Customize Filters

All the filters can be customized from here.

12. Options

Click on the three dot menu next to a package

13. Select Option

You can choose to Share Package, View Version History, Edit Package or Delete Package.

14. Share Package

To Share Package, select the client to share the package with and save.

15. Version History

Version history will show any changes made to the package.

16. Edit Package

Select Edit Package to edit the package settings and save.

17. Add Package

Click Add Package to add a new package to the client.

18. View Reports

Scroll down and view the client packages report or the sold packages report to see detailed information about the user’s packages.

19. Access Report Details

The report will be filtered to the specific client.

20. Access Manage Packages

Click Manage Packages to configure package settings and assignments.

21. View Current Door Access

Click Current Door Access to see the user’s existing access permissions.
