Client Payment Details: Subscriptions

To manage the client payment details: subscriptions tab within your fitness business management software platform, follow the instructions below.

This guide provides an overview of the client payment details tab. You will learn how to navigate payment options, modify subscriptions, update billing settings and more.

1. Select Client

Select a client from the list of accounts.

Click the “Payment Details” tab to access the client’s payment information and subscriptions.

3. Access Subscription Options

On the client’s subscriptions, click on the indicated area to reveal subscription management options.

4. Pause Subscription

Select “Pause Subscription” from the menu.

5. Select Pause

Select either Full Pause or Partial Pause. Partial pause requires a coupon code

6. Access Calendar

Click on the calendar icon in the “Pause Subscription On” date field.

7. Select Pause Start Date

Select the date that the subscription pause should start. Leave the field blank for an immediate pause.

8. Enable Auto Freeze/Unfreeze

You can enable to automatically freeze the account when the subscription is paused and automatically unfreeze when the subscription is resumed. When an account is frozen, they can not sign in or use the account.

9. Resume Subscription Date

Click on the calendar icon in the “Resume Subscription On” date field and then select the date that the subscription pause should end from the calendar. Leave this field blank if the pause is indefinite.

10. Settings

Enable “Update Billing Cycle Date” if you would like to update the billing cycle for the date when the subscription is resumed.

11. Select Charge Option

Select the charge behavior when the subscription is resumed. You can choose to not charge when the subscription is resumed or to charge the full amount when resumed. The option to credit the user for unused time is also available.

12. Confirm Subscription Pause

Click “Pause Subscription” to finalize pausing the client’s subscription.

13. Return to Subscription Options

To Resume a paused subscription, select “Resume Subscription” from the subscription options menu.

Make any changes and click “Resume Subscription” to reactivate the client’s subscription.

15. Return to Subscription Options

Select “Change Payment Plan” from the options.

16. Change Payment Plan

Select a new payment plan to modify your current payment plan.

17. Update Proration Behavior

Select a proration behavior.

18. Date of Change

Update group if applicable and select the date of change.

19. Update Payment Plan

Click “Update Payment Plan” to save changes.

20. Return to Subscription Options

Select “Edit Coupon” from the subscription options.

21. Enter Coupon

Enter your new coupon code.

Click “Update Coupon” to save changes to the selected coupon.

23. Return to Subscription Options

Select “Edit Taxes” from the subscription options menu

24. Open Edit Taxes Section

Click “Edit Taxes” to modify tax percentages applied to your account.

25. Enter New Tax Percentage

Enter a new tax rate.

26. Update Tax

Click on “Update Tax” to save the change.

Click “Update Tax” to confirm the new tax percentage.

28. Return to Subscription Options

Select “Manage Commissions” from the subscription options menu.

Make changes to existing commission settings.

30. Add Commission Trainer

You can also add a new commission trainer.

31. Enter Details

Enter commission details to assign a new trainer.

Click on “Save Commissions” to save changes.

33. Confirm

Confirm commission setting.

34. Open Report View

Back on the client’s subscriptions, scroll down and click on “View Report” to see a detailed Subscriptions report specific to your client.

You have successfully managed the client payment details by navigating subscription options, pausing and resuming subscriptions, updating coupons, taxes, payment plans, and billing cycles.
