To learn about the management of client visits within your fitness business management software platform, follow the instructions below.
This guide is an overview of the how to access and manage client visit records within the Exercise application. You will learn to navigate the visits tab, apply filters, and generate reports to monitor client activity efficiently.
1. Select Client Account
Click on a client account to open their profile.

2. Open Visits Tab
Click the Visits tab to access the client’s visit records and related information.

3. Access Date Filter
Click the date filter area to adjust the date range for displayed visits.

4. Navigate To Page Two
Scroll to the bottom and click to navigate to additional pages of the visits list. You can also change the number of visits displayed per page.

5. Access Date Filter
Click the date filter.

6. Customize Date Range
Click the first and last date in the calendar to set the visit date range. You can also selec the time frames listed.

7. View Results
View the filtered results. Next, click the date range.

8. Reset Date Filter
Click the Reset button to clear the current date range filter and show all visits.

9. Open Status Filter
Click the status filter area to choose visit statuses for filtering the visit list.

10. Select Visit Status Filter
Click the Visit Status dropdown to view available status options for filtering.

11. Select Status
Select the visit status from the drop down list. Multiple statuses can be selected.

12. Multiple Selections
To clear the filter just click on the reset button.

13. Payment Status Filter
Click the payment status filter to view and select payment status options.

14. Select Payment Status
Select the payment status for filtering visits. Multiple statuses can be selected.

15. Staff Member Filter
Click on the “Staff Member” filter.

16. Select Staff Member
Select a staff member from the list.

17. Filters
You can also access all the filters by clicking on the filters icon.

18. View All Filters
From here you can see all the filters selected and customize them. To clear all filters just click on the “Reset” button.

19. Location Filter
Click on the location filter.

20. Select a Location
Choose a location from the list to view visits from that location.

21. Service Filter
Click the Service Filter.

22. Select Service(s)
Select services from the list to filter visits for that service

23. Clear Filter
Clear any filter by clicking on the “x” icon

24. Membership ID Filter
Click on the “Membership ID” filter.

25. View Client Measurements
Click the Measurements tab to access the client’s physical measurement records.

26. Session Type
Select the session type filter.

27. Gym Check-Ins
Select “Gym Check-Ins” to filter just gym check-ins from the visit list.

28. Search Feature
To filter visits by a specific term, enter it into the search field.

29. Visit Options
Click on the three-dot menu next to a visit to see more options.

30. Select an Option
The following options are available from the menu: Edit Private Notes View Version History Swap Package Charge or Assign Package Manage Client Cancel Cancel and Remove

31. Recurring Memberships
Scroll down to view the client’s Recurring Memberships.

32. Recurring Membership Options
The option to edit or delete a recurring membership is available.

33. View History Report
Click on “View Report” to view a detailed report for the client’s visits.
