Send Message Automation – Completed Visits
Here’s how to create an automation for a one time message for a certain amount of completed visits, starting from the “Automations” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:
1. Click on the “Create New Automation” drop-down list.
Click the drop-down list under “Create New Automation” and select “Send a Message One Time”.

2. Select “Send a Message One Time” from the Create New Automations drop-down list.
Select “Send a Message One Time” to proceed with the Automation setup.

3. Use the edit icons to customize the automation.
To customize the automation, click the edit icons.

4. For “When?” select “Checked in/Completed a Visit” from the drop-down list.
Select “Checked in/Completed a Visit” as a trigger.

5. Select the service and the number of visits completed to trigger the message.
Specify when the message will be sent after the set amount of visits has been completed, by selecting between minutes, hours, days, weeks, or months.

6. For “Who?” customize who has completed the visits that will trigger the message.
Select “tag added” or “tag removed” as the trigger.

7. For “Send To?” select who will receive the message.
You can send the message to the client or select a staff member.

8. For “How?” select the message delivery method.
Select a delivery method: Email, iOS/Android Push Notification, Platform Message, or SMS Text Message.

9. For “Message” customize the message.
In the Message section, enter your custom message, then click “Save” to save your Send a Message One Time Automation.

Now you send a one time message after a set amount of completed visits!
