Discover the new contract renewal settings designed for subscription-based businesses seeking efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Click on the hamburger icon to access the renewal settings and streamline your billing process, ensuring that customers never miss a renewal.
Click on right arrow icon to see the “stripe” menu.
Click the “Stripe” menu on the left to easily manage renewal settings.
Click the Create New Payment Plan button to initiate a new renewal contract.
Enter details for new payment plan including name, price and payment interval.
Enter Name.
Enter Plan ID
Enter Plan iD in the provided field
Fill in Amount
Fill in the text box with “100.00”
Define the quantity of subscriptions to manage how many clients can sign up.
Enter 1 for interval
Select the renewal frequency that best aligns with your service offerings and customer preferences either Days, Months, Weeks and Years
Click “Show Advanced” to reveal additional settings for greater control over your subscription terms.
Click on the number of cycles to Specify the duration for how long the subscription should remain active before renewal.
Enter 3
Select contract behavior, either Cancel or Auto Renew. Disable auto-renewal if you prefer manual management of subscriptions to enhance control. Cancel will cancel the subscription at the end of the billing period after the user’s last payment. Auto Renew will NOT cancel the subscription after the last payment. Instead, the number of payments made for the contract will reset and the subscription’s contract start date will also be reset.
Click Save to Ensure all your settings are securely stored, allowing you to implement changes effectively
Click here to Return to the main dashboard to monitor your subscriptions and renewals effortlessly.
Click on Clients in the side menu to access client details for managing renewals and providing tailored support..
Select a specific client to review their renewal status.
Under Subscriptions the Payments Remaining, Contract Start Date, Last Payment Date and the End Date can be found. Click the pencil icon to quickly adjust contract settings for individual clients, ensuring their unique needs are met.
Changing the total number of payments or successful payments will update the contract details
Enter “1” in the successful payment fields
Finalize the payment updates and click the Save Payment button.
