Discover the new contract renewal settings designed for subscription-based businesses seeking efficiency and customer satisfaction.

1. Click on the icon.

Click on the hamburger icon to access the renewal settings and streamline your billing process, ensuring that customers never miss a renewal.

Click on the icon.

2. Click on right arrow icon.

Click on right arrow icon to see the “stripe” menu.

Click on right arrow icon.

3. Click Stripe menu.

Click the “Stripe” menu on the left to easily manage renewal settings.

Click Stripe menu.

4. Click on the Create New Payment Plan.

Click the Create New Payment Plan button to initiate a new renewal contract.

Click on the Create New Payment Plan.

5. Fill in the fields.

Enter details for new payment plan including name, price and payment interval.

Fill in the fields.

6. Fill in the name fields.

Enter Name.

Fill in the name fields.

7. Fill in Plan ID.

Enter Plan ID

Fill in Plan ID.

8. Fill in Plan ID

Enter Plan iD in the provided field

Fill in Plan ID

9. Fill in Amount.

Fill in Amount.

10. Fill “100.00”

Fill in the text box with “100.00”

11. Click on Interval.

Define the quantity of subscriptions to manage how many clients can sign up.

Click on Interval.

12. Fill in Interval

Enter 1 for interval

13. Click on Frequency.

Select the renewal frequency that best aligns with your service offerings and customer preferences either Days, Months, Weeks and Years

Click on Frequency.

14. Click on “Show Advanced”.

Click “Show Advanced” to reveal additional settings for greater control over your subscription terms.

Click on 'Show Advanced'.

15. Click on Number of Cycles.

Click on the number of cycles to Specify the duration for how long the subscription should remain active before renewal.

Click on Number of Cycles.

16. Fill “3”

17. Select contract behavior.

Select contract behavior, either Cancel or Auto Renew. Disable auto-renewal if you prefer manual management of subscriptions to enhance control. Cancel will cancel the subscription at the end of the billing period after the user’s last payment. Auto Renew will NOT cancel the subscription after the last payment. Instead, the number of payments made for the contract will reset and the subscription’s contract start date will also be reset.

Select contract behavior.

18. Click “Save”.

Click Save to Ensure all your settings are securely stored, allowing you to implement changes effectively

Click 'Save'.

19. Click the menu icon.

Click here to Return to the main dashboard to monitor your subscriptions and renewals effortlessly.

Click the menu icon.

20. Click “Clients”.

Click on Clients in the side menu to access client details for managing renewals and providing tailored support..

Click 'Clients'.

21. Click “Tracey Andrews”.

Select a specific client to review their renewal status.

Click 'Tracey Andrews'.

22. Click edit payments.

Under Subscriptions the Payments Remaining, Contract Start Date, Last Payment Date and the End Date can be found. Click the pencil icon to quickly adjust contract settings for individual clients, ensuring their unique needs are met.

Click edit payments.

23. Edit Payments

Changing the total number of payments or successful payments will update the contract details

24. Fill “1”

Enter “1” in the successful payment fields

25. Click “Save Payments”.

Finalize the payment updates and click the Save Payment button.

Click 'Save Payments'.
