Contract Renewal Settings

Here’s how to use the contract renewal settings, starting from the “Account” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Click on the “Stripe” tab on the left side bar.


Step 2: Click on the “Create New Payment Plan” button.

Step 3: Enter details for new payment plan including name, price and payment interval.

Click on the “Show Advanced” link.

Step 4: Select the contract behavior.


Cancel will cancel the subscription at the end of the billing period after the user’s last payment. Auto Renew will NOT cancel the subscription after the last payment. Instead, the number of payments made for the contract will reset and the subscription’s contract start date will also be reset.

Under Subscriptions the Payments Remaining, Contract Start Date, Last Payment Date and the End Date can be found.

You can edit the contract payments by clicking on the edit icon.
