Here’s how to customize the reasons for cancellation.

1. Click “Account”.

Click 'Account'.

2. Click “Customize Platform”.

Click 'Customize Platform'.

3. Reasons for cancellation.

Scroll down to the “Reasons for Cancellation” section and click on “+New Reason” link.

4. Enter a reason for cancellation.

Enter a reason for cancellation that your client can select from.

Enter a reason for cancellation.

5. Save changes.

Scroll down and save the changes.

Save changes.

Now you can customize the reasons for cancellation!
