1. Account
Navigate to the “Account” section.
2. Customize Platform
Access “Customize Platform”.
3. Billing Section
Scroll down to the billing section and click into the “Disable Billing Changes” field.
4. Disable Billing Changes
Select “Delete Account” and “Cancel Subscription” from the list. These options will prevent users from cancelling their subscription or deleting their account.
5. Save
Scroll down and click on the “Save” button.
