Here’s how to disable the “New Workout Plan Started” email, starting from the “Clients” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Click on the edit calendar icon next to the client.
Step 2: Click on the “Import Week Plan” button.
Step 3: Select the plan from the drop-down list.
Step 4: Customize the plan and deselect the “Send client an email notification about their new workouts” option.
Click on the “Schedule” button.
Now you can disable the “New Workout Plan Started” email!
