You can use our progression percentages when creating plans to convert a client’s 1-Rep Max into a specific weight for them use when they do that exercise.
You can also edit your clients’ rep-max information even when they are in the middle of a workout plan!
Here’s how to update your client’s 1-rep max information, starting from the “Clients” tab of your Dashboard:
Step 1: Hover the mouse over the gear icon for the client you want to edit, then click the “Workouts” option on the pop-up menu.
Step 2: Click the “New Rep Max” button in the bottom right corner of the page.
Step 3: Enter the exercise, number of reps, and weight for this client’s Rep Max.
Step 4: Click the “Save Rep Maxes” button to save your changes.
You have now updated the 1-Rep Max information for your client!
