How do I enable Messaging for customers who purchase a Workout Plan? (White Label Only)

Here’s how to access your White Label Trainer Dashboard “Account” tab and enable Messaging for customers who purchase a Workout Plan. Step-by-step instructions are below.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Click the “Accounts” tab on your Trainer Dashboard. 

 

Step 2: Click to view the “Customize Platform” tab on left sidebar. 

 

Step 3: Under “Other Customization Options,” make sure the “Message Plan Purchasers?” box is checked. 

 

Now that you know how to enable Messaging, you can easily communicate and strengthen relationships with your clients!
