In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to export contact information for your clients, group members, and free member accounts using the Exercise.com for Business platform. You can manage and download client data directly within your fitness business management software.
Click the Accounts section to begin managing your client accounts.
Click the filter options to refine the accounts you want to export.
To select all filtered accounts, check the box next to the Name field.
Click the three-dot menu to access additional options.
Click Export Accounts to start exporting the filtered client account information.
Click the Export button to download the client’s data.
Click Groups to manage group-related account information.
Click the three-dot menu to access group management features.
Click View Group to see details of the selected group.
Click Members to access the list of group members.
Click Export Member Info to download contact details of group members.
Click Yes to confirm and export the group members’ data.
Click Accounts to return to client account management.
To export contact information for free member accounts, select Free Account from the Lifecycle Stage filter.
To select all free accounts, check the box next to the Name field.
Click the three-dot menu to access export options for free member accounts.
Click Export Accounts to download the filtered free member account information.
Click the Export button to download the client data.
You’ve now successfully exported contact information for clients, group members, and free member accounts. This feature makes it easy to manage and back up client data across your business.
