How to Fix Total Weight Lifted Calculation for Per-Side Exercises?

1. Account
Access your Account tab to view the Customize Platform option.

2. Customize Platform
Navigate to Customize Platform.

3. Workout Settings
Scroll down to the Workout Settings section.

4. Enable Setting
Enable the option to double exercise weight if the exercise uses each side.

5. Save Changes
Click Save to apply the changes.

6. Go to Clients
Access the Clients section to log a workout for a specific client.

7. Select a Client
Choose the client from the search results to open their detailed account page.

8. More Options
Click the three-dot menu to access the client’s calendar and workout schedule.

9. View Calendar
View the client’s calendar to select the workout session you want to log or edit.

10. Select a Workout
Select the specific workout to review its details.

11. Enable “Each Side” option.
Make sure “Each Side” is enabled so the system calculates weight correctly.

12. Log Workout
Choose the option to log the workout.

13. Enter Reps and Weights
Enter the number of reps and weight lifted.

14. Log Workout
Submit the workout log by clicking the “Log Workout” button to save all changes.

15. Verify Total Weight Lifted
The system will double the exercise weight if it uses each side, based on the number of reps entered.
