This guide explains how to archive a package in your Exercise.com for Business membership management software.

1. Enable Archived Packages

On the Admin page, make sure “Archived Packages” is enabled in Feature Settings.

2. Click the Arrow Menu

Click the arrow menu next to the Schedule tab to reveal additional tabs.

3. Select the “Packages” Option

Click “Packages” to view your list of available packages.

4. Click the Three-Dot Menu

Find the package you want to archive and click the three-dot menu next to it.

5. Choose “Remove Package”

Click “Remove Package” to archive the selected package.

6. Confirm Package Removal

Click “Confirm” to finalize the removal and archive the package.

7. Access Archived Packages

Click “View Archived” to see all archived packages.

8. View the Archived Packages List

Use the archived packages list to confirm the package was successfully archived.

9. Open Archived Package Actions

Find the package you want to unarchive and click the three-dot menu next to it.

10. Select “Restore Package”

Click “Restore Package” to move the archived package back to active status.

11. Confirm Package Restoration

Click “Confirm” to complete the restoration.
