In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to assign PINs to staff members and your Head Trainer to unlock the POS system in your Exercise.com for Business platform.
Follow the steps below to assign POS PINs for staff members and the Head Trainer.
Click the arrow icon next to the “Account” tab to reveal additional tabs.
Click “Trainers” to access the list of trainers.
Select a Trainer to open the trainer’s profile.
Under the Profile section, scroll down and navigate to their Account Information.
Click “Edit” to modify the trainer’s profile details.
Click “Change POS PIN” to update the trainer’s PIN for unlocking the POS.
Enter your account password, then set a 4–6 digit POS PIN. You can also click “Generate Random PIN” to create one automatically. Finally, click “Change POS PIN” to save.
After assigning a POS PIN, click the “Save” button under Account Information to apply the changes.
Note: The updated POS PIN will immediately apply for POS access.

Click “Trainer Info” to view detailed information about the Head Trainer.
Click “Personal Information” to see the Head Trainer’s personal details.
Under the Profile section, scroll down and navigate to their Account Information.
Click “Edit” to enable changes to the trainer’s profile settings.
Click “Change POS PIN” to update the trainer’s PIN for unlocking the POS.
Enter your account password, then set a 4–6 digit POS PIN. You can also click “Generate Random PIN” to create one automatically. Finally, click “Change POS PIN” to save your changes.
After assigning a POS PIN, click the “Save” button under Account Information to apply the changes.
Once both PINs are assigned, your staff and Head Trainer can securely unlock and access the POS system.
