This guide will walk you through how to continue selling a product when it’s “out of stock”.

1. Click on the arrow menu

Click on the arrow menu next to the Account tab to reveal additional tabs.

Select the “Products” tab.

4. Edit a Product

Select a product that you want to edit

5. Click “Variants”

Enter the variant details to prepare for editing inventory information.

Click 'Variants'

6. Click “Edit”

Confirm you are in the product editing interface ready to make changes.

7. Disable the “Block Out of Stock Sales” setting

When you disable the “Block Out of Stock Sales” option, the system will allow you to sell a product even if it’s out of stock.

8. Click “Done”

Complete the editing process by confirming your changes.

9. Click “Save Product”

Save the product updates to apply the new stock information.

10. Purchase a Product

When an item has zero inventory, allowing customers to buy it enables other order options like pre-orders or backorders.
